Oh hey, Ivan Ives on a track? Possibly to impress my peers? Yeah, no.
Ivan Ives, if you don’t know, is a great rapper and one of my favorite artists. Apparently, he added me on Myspace through the Friend Finder, and I never really saw his profile or paid attention to him because I thought he would be at this point, too popular to talk to me. Apparently, it’s the opposite.
So, we started talking, I linked to this page and he said, “i don’t mean to sound condescending, but for a 14 year old, you’ve got a fuckload of talent.”
Woo!
Then I asked to remix one of his songs. Sadly, he couldn’t find The Spectator, but I remixed Soul instead, and I believe I made it work.
This song is… a Hip-Hop sounding song? I dunno. Electronic with rap? …wait, that is Hip-Hop. So, yeah, I did Hip-Hop, I guess.
Also, Fresh (the guy behind Ivan Ive’s beats) can go screw himself with his off-kilter BPM’s. I spent all night last night trying to figure out if it was 92 or 93 and 88 or 89. (the tempo changes in the original track)

Yeah, well this song is kind of following “Know What I Think” and “Startup” in terms of style. I don’t know what to say about this one, it’s just like those songs. Electronic Rock, heh.
Also, the name was found by looking up random words in a dictionary.

Back to my electronic rock. RAWK RAWK RAWK.
Basically, it starts out with the guitar-ish synth along with the bass guitar and heavily tracked drums. (originally coming from a Funk break)
Then it comes to the chorus. Then it comes to the break. Then it comes to the pre-OHSHI part. Then it comes to the OHSHI-EARRAPEMANIFESTO PART. Then it comes to an end.

I redid my site again. Back to normal old black.
I redid the design of my website.
Note: This song is single edit. Don’t blame me, blame the internet and my laziness.
Anyway, I created this out of pure boredom. I was fooling around, and I put this over one of my unfinished songs, and from there it kept changing and changing to fit the vocals until we arrived at what is now, “Feel Good Inc. (Don’t Stop)”.
Ignore the fact that the name sucks and give it a listen. :D
And all I want to hear is the message beep, and I don’t get sleep – no.

This song was created out of boredom. The boredom led my fingers around the piano and helped me create the opening to this song, from there, I just screwed around some more.
More sad emotion to your ears. :D
Fun fact, the Hi-Hat is actually is an EQ’d tom. :D

I made this a few months ago (It’s May at the moment) and I never finished it due to lack of melody and how it sort of got annoying. I came back to it today and I kept re-listening to it and found nothing I could think of to add. Seriously. My mind went blank.
I thought that it fit the title of the song well enough, so it may be a bit repetitive, but it fit my idea of an 8-Bit Morning.
